Recreating the incredible flavours of the Mediterranean and Middle East's most celebrated dishes, as well as those that are lesser known. You will be able to sample our food out of our little blue Citroen H van at street food markets, corporate events, birthdays, and weddings in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Perth, Newcastle, the Lake District and everywhere in between in Scotland and the North of England.
We prepare our food out of our purpose built Edinburgh-based kitchen and transport it to your location where we cook each dish in front of you. We have catered in some extremely obscure places such as rooftops, gardens, lochs, and glens. We have had the pleasure of serving thousands of people from Michelin starred chefs to famous models. We can be self-sufficient with our truck outside, we can use kitchen facilities on site or we can operate indoors with our own setup.
We are 100% adaptable and love a challenge.
